How shipping is priced
Eligible one- and two-window orders receive their delivery charge in secure checkout. Orders of three or more windows use a live curbside LTL freight rate based on the shipment and destination, with residential liftgate service added when required. Other custom-window families remain freight-quoted until their packaging and shipping data are verified.
What an LTL delivery includes
Curbside freight brings the crated order to an accessible delivery point. Residential deliveries may include a scheduled appointment and liftgate service, but they do not include carrying windows inside, installation, debris removal, or movement across an inaccessible site.
Prepare the delivery site
Confirm truck access, gate restrictions, receiving hours, unloading equipment, labor, elevator and doorway limits, protected staging, weather exposure, and installer handoff before release.
Inspect before signing
Photograph the shipment, inspect packaging and visible product, note damage on the delivery receipt, preserve packaging, and follow the stated claim window. Concealed damage rules vary by shipment and carrier.
